What is the cost?

You would be amazed at how frequently we get asked this question about our costs. For our consulting engagements we are actually 100% free. While there are many, many companies and some other nonprofits that charge for these services we provide them for free! Hence “Free For Charity”. If any chargers are ever discussed they will be for referrals outside our systems like to Microsoft for Office 365 or GoDaddy for domain names. We cannot control the costs of those sort of service providers.

Here is a product list that again will try to show we really are providing services for FREE!

Free For Charity Just Earned the Platinum Seal of Transparency

Free For Charity Just Earned the Platinum Seal of Transparency

Great news! Free For Charity just earned the Platinum Seal of Transparency from
GuideStar, the world’s largest source of nonprofit information. By sharing these metrics, we’re helping
the sector move beyond simplistic financial ratios to assess nonprofit progress.
We chose to display quantitative metrics such as Number of organizational partners, Number of organizations accessing technical assistance offerings, and several other engagement metrics forthcoming to represent
how hard Free For Charity is working toward achieving our mission. Showing metrics is critical to data and mission transparency. We better server as an example when we open ourselves up to questions.

We’re proud to use GuideStar Platinum to share our full and complete story with the world. To reach
the Platinum level, we added extensive information to our Nonprofit Profile: basic contact and
organizational information; in-depth financial information; quantitative information about goals,
strategies, and progress toward our mission.

We encourage other nonprofits to take advantage of GuideStar Platinum to share key metrics with the
world and highlight the changes you’re making. Updating is free. To learn more about GuideStar
