Free For Charity gives every supported charity a professional .org domain, managed for you in our Cloudflare account — free of charge (we cover the roughly $16.50/year cost).
When this happens: domains are purchased only after your website is live and validated on its free GitHub Pages address — the order form asks for that live URL, and orders without a validated site are held.
Two options
- Register a brand-new .org — tell us the name you want on the order form and we register it for you.
- Transfer a domain you already own — unlock the domain at your current registrar, turn off WHOIS privacy, and get the authorization (EPP) code, then give us those on the order form. We handle the rest.
