NOTE: If you do not already have an EIN never pay for an EIN number these are free from the IRS (https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/apply-for-an-employer-identification-number-ein-online). If you are a 501c3 organization for more than a few months you have a profile with https://guidestar.org as they create them based on your IRS filing and your EIN number. Many of the following questions should be a copy / paste from your completed GuideStar profile.
