Free Charity Website (Hosted on GitHub Pages)

Free For Charity builds and hosts your charity's website on GitHub Pages. REQUIRES a fully approved charity onboarding application — apply and be approved before ordering this. A volunteer developer builds your site from our template, and your validated application data generates the full FFC footer. Your site goes live on its free GitHub Pages address first (no custom domain yet) and is validated there. Only after your website is working and validated do we purchase and point your .org domain — at no cost to you. After launch, any content or design change is just a support ticket away.

Often the hardest field — your public transparency profile. Approved 501(c)(3)s: paste your Candid/GuideStar profile link (e.g. https://www.guidestar.org/profile/XX-XXXXXXX). Still pre-501(c)(3)? Leave blank; we'll add it when your IRS determination arrives.
Optional. The 'shared' link from your Candid profile's Share button — lets donors view it without a Candid login.
The phone number to show publicly in your footer. No charity phone line yet? Use the best number for public contact — you can change it later.
The email to show publicly in your footer. No charityname@outlook.com or real charity email yet? Use your best public contact email for now — we'll set up your real charity email later in onboarding.
We show your location to at least the city/state level so donors know where you serve (e.g. 'Raleigh, NC'). Include a street & suite first if you want a full mailing address shown.
Your charity's public Facebook Page (not a personal profile). Must be a live, working link — we verify it before launch.
Your charity's LinkedIn organization page (linkedin.com/company/...). Must be live and working — we verify it before launch.
Your charity's Instagram profile (instagram.com/...). Optional, but must be live and working if provided.
Your charity's X / Twitter profile (x.com or twitter.com). Optional, but must be live and working if provided.
Your charity's YouTube channel (youtube.com/...). Optional, but must be live and working if provided.
Must match your fully approved Free For Charity onboarding application. Website orders are only approved for charities whose onboarding application has been approved.
Website applications submitted before onboarding approval will be held until the onboarding application is approved.
Single Page = we design and build your complete site from our template (most charities, and all pre-501c3s without a site). Footer-Only = we add the FFC footer and compliance layer to your existing designed website.
